The Grandest Condominiums Around University of Santo Tomas

Gonna be back to school soon! Are you planning to study in The University of Santo Tomas? Since I have been a student of UST for a period of time, I have seen well enough of these great and highly recommendable condominiums that surround the university. I think it would be great of a help to share my experiences from these places to those who plan to take a very tiring stroll just to check and decide which is which.

Pacific Corporation
Pacific Corporation is presently the most progressive condominiums around the university - already has 5 active quality condominiums and has 4 more incoming great condominiums. However, I will only state 4 of these Pacific Condominiums that are highly recommended.

Pacific Icon is located just right in-front of UST Dapitan Gate. There is only one road that divides the university and the condominium. An Army Navy stands right beside the condominium. So if you want a full tummy from the tasty camo-meal, this is a perfect place for you. WAIT, that's not everything! Are you a Chicken Joy and Jolly Spaghetti lover? Jollibee and Ministop will just be twenty steps away. This condominiums stands by the corner of the streets Dapitan and Asturias. Asturias is famously known for its street foods that will only cost you for less than 20 pesos to get yourself as full as grabbing a full meal. Expect to get fat living in Pacific Icon because hundreds more of restaurants surround the area.

The monthly cost for renting a room will be around P17,000 to P18,000.
