Majority of the female readers might probably had experiences when it comes to being in a relationship and no doubt, most of these ladies might have had experienced being in a relationship with a guy who has such a cute (or irritating?) personality. Although, this entertainment article is NOT exclusively for females. This article may also be interesting for some of the guys out there, being such a douche or a gentleman to the love of his life. If that's the case, then let's find out which of them is which!

1. The Beast
The Beast is the kind of boyfriend who protects his girl from everyone except himself. He is very controlling and jealous boyfriend who often starts fights within the relationship. He is very ill-tempered and even rages when he senses something that goes against him or his girl. He can be very romantic and sweet, but when his temperature gets to the boiling point, he might even throw his car out of the window. He will do whatever it takes to protect his girl, even if it takes him to hurting the girl. He knows the boundaries of his territory and will do anything just to keep it to himself.
2. The Altruist
The Altruist is the kind of boyfriend majority of the girls would love to have. He is the kind of boyfriend who gets to prioritize the feelings and the needs of his girlfriend more than himself. He can be very romantic and sometimes, practical. He is the true gentleman and would blame himself in lovers' struggles even though he knows that he speaks the right thought. He will do whatever it takes to keep his girl, in such way that he finds no problem in degrading himself just for the sake of keeping the structure of their relationship.

The Drama King is the glass of a relationship - very fragile and transparent. This kind of boyfriend is oftentimes an artist who loves to express his emotions. The drama king can be very sensitive and is the most romantic among all kinds of boyfriends. He can go from writing poems to songs for the sake of being a Romeo to his Juliet. He is the type of guy who says, "Not even the stars can write the way I feel about you." and "You have always been the reason for my existence." Every female fiction lover would always love to have this type of boyfriend, but never do forget to expect the coming of most of his breakdowns. This man may always be the girl in a relationship and may even be more feminine than his girlfriend.
5. The Realist
The Fool is the happy-go-lucky type of boyfriend who doesn't seem to have any problem at all. Let the girl be screaming and yelling about her jealousy, but this guy will not probably take things seriously and make his girlfriend laugh just to let the mood relief immediately. He is the clown of the crowd and the sweet-funny type of guy. He has the greatest power among all men - the power of making a tempered girl on her period, laugh. He is a natural entertainer, but he can oftentimes be very insensitive.
5. The Realist
The Realist is the mind of all the kinds of boyfriends. He is very hard to deal with and can even be very argumentative. Although, he is unlike the beast who takes his arguments from his emotions, the realist will take it from the facts of Sciences and Philosophy. He sees his romantic feelings as products of biochemistry and is fully aware that he is the only one creating the interpretation of his feelings towards his girl. He is a man of high standard and would expect perfection out of a relationship. He prefers the relationship to work in a practical manner and the main cause of the hardship to deal with him is his lack of emotions. He bases almost anything that happens with logic and reason. He often lacks the understanding the feelings for his partner and would probably result to his cold-heartedness in times of conflicts.
6. The Magician
The Magician has this kind of power of switching his emotions on and off, which he can say that he loved the girl yesterday, but it seems to be that it has gone today. There are actually two kinds of magicians: the manipulative and the traveler. The manipulative magician can make his girlfriend stay in the relationship, even with the girl's awareness of his act of cheating. He can control his girl and even emotionally manipulate just to prey upon her feelings for his own selfish reasons. On the other hand, the traveler magician is the one who hides the cheating behind the awareness of his girl. Although, if he did already succeed in finding another girl that would better fit his needs, then he can easily break-up with his present one as easy as switching the lights on and off. He travels from one girl to another without any sympathy over the feelings of his partner. This is the kind of boyfriend any girl would hate to have; but sometimes, the 'bad boy' aura makes them even more interesting and attractive, which can further lead to a girl, falling in love with them.
In the end, every guy may be more than just one of these and I see no problem in distinguishing that. People's personalities may change from time-to-time and these may just temporarily define one's present situation with whom you seem to give one of these.
