  • 1 tbsp Dried Rosemary Leaves

For Sauce:
  • 8 tbsp Heinz Ketchup
  • 8 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 6 tbsp Honey
  • 2 cloves of Garlic
  • 1 small cube of Ginger
  • Pinch of Black Ground Pepper

For Meat:
  • 1 Slab of Fresh Thin-Cut Beef
  • Himalayan Pink Salt (Recommended) / Any Ground Salt
  • Ground Black Pepper
  • Pinch of Dried Oregano Leaves
  • 1 cube of Butter
  • Meat Mallet
  • Clean Cloth
  • Cooking Brush

Procedure

For Aromatic Oil:
  1. Medium-heat frying pan for 1 minute and pour extra virgin olive oil over pan.
  2. Let the oil simmer for a while.
  3. Put basil, dried rosemary, and dried oregano leaves on the pan.
  4. Stir-fry until oil smells aromatic.
  5. Strain the oil to separate the leaves from the fluid.
  6. Pour the oil into a different container.

For Teriyaki Sauce:
  1. Combine and mix Heinz ketchup, soy sauce, and honey together.
  2. Mince garlic and ginger; then toss and mix them with the sauce.
  3. Medium-heat frying pan for 1 minute.
  4. Pour the teriyaki sauce mix on the frying pan. Simmer until the sauce turns thick.
  5. Transfer the teriyaki sauce to a different container.

For Meat:
  1. Remove the meat from the refrigerator and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  2. Pat-dry both sides of the meat slab with a clean cloth. Never wipe the cloth over the meat.
  3. Season and massage both sides of meat with Himalayan Pink Salt and Ground Black Pepper.
  4. High-heat the frying pan for 2 minutes and pour 1 tbsp of the aromatic oil over pan. Let simmer for 10 seconds.
  5. Slowly place the meat over the heated pan. Fry each side of the meat for 40 seconds. Don't forget to brush the meat with butter while frying. Don't overcook.
  6. Transfer the meat to a plate, brush it with more butter, lightly season one side of the meat, and let the meat rest for 3 minutes.

Final Procedure:
  1. After the beef steak's 3-minute rest, cut the meat into strips or into the shape of your desire.
  2. Place the beef strips on a plate and drizzle the teriyaki sauce over it. Never over-pour the sauce.
  3. Lightly season the Beef Teriyaki with dried oregano leaves.
  4. Pour the remaining teriyaki sauce into a serving container.
  5. Alas! There you have it - Beef Teriyaki as easy as a, b, c.
